| 摘 要： | 目前我国的行政补偿立法体系虽已初具规模,但仍然存在立法层次较低、补偿范围较窄、原则不明确、标准不统一等种种不足.文章对行政补偿立法的现状从行政补偿主体、范围、标准以及程序和救济等四个方面进行实证分析,并在此基础上提出完善行政立法的思路建议.
