论“私权”的实现

私权即私权利,也作"个人权利",通常是指以个人需要为目的的权利。正确理解私权及私权本位思想,对于私权的实现至关重要。私权利开始广泛行使,是法律确认了个人法律主体地位以后,民法对个人的民事主体资格予以平等的承认。

On the Realization of "Private Rights"

Private rights are self-interest rights as well as "Individual Rights", which usually refer to the rights aim at individual's necessity. It's important to properly understand private rights and the idea of the standard of private rights to realize private rights. It's after the law acknowledged the individual's legal main body status that the private rights begin to be exerted widely. The Civil Law grants equal acknowledgement for individual civil main body qualification.
