中国与土耳其关系的演变、问题与未来

尽管中土两国在1971年就实现了关系正常化,但由于受各种因素的影响,中土关系的发展并不十分顺利。“冷战”期间,中土两国或多或少都成了国际关系大棋盘上的棋子,两国间除了政治利益外,实际利益并不多。“冷战”结束后,尤其是90年代中后期以来,这种情况才逐步发生了变化,两国间的实际利益前所未有的增多,两国关系由此实现了从棋子到棋手的转型。与此同时,两国关系中的问题也突显出来。平等博弈将主导未来的中土关系。

The Evolution of Sino-Turkish Relations

Although China and Turkey normalized their official relations as early as in 1971, due to the influence of various factors, the development of their relations has not been very smooth. During the "Cold War" years, China and Turkey had been acting more or less as chess pieces on a big chessboard of international relations; and except for political interests, the concrete interests between them were quite few. With the end of the "Cold War", particularly since the mid-1990s, changes have taken place gradually, and their concrete interests have increased unprecedentedly. The ties between the two countries have been transformed from those of chess pieces to those of chess players. In the meantime, the problems between them are also protruding. Gaming equally will lead the future of Sino-Turkish relations.
