伦理语境下的恐怖主义

恐怖主义已经成为国际社会的一大公害,但我们至今尚找不出一个可以被普遍接受的恐怖主义定义,因此很有必要对恐怖主义的根源、特征以及由此形成的反恐战略作一伦理学的解读,在价值理性的维度上重新诠释规则、正义、德性等自由主义的核心概念,用普等伦理来约束贪念与恶行,最终从"公平的正义"当中构建新的社会秩序和社会规范。
