非权力因素与公安院校的警务化管理研究

权力因素和非权力因素在公安院校警务化管理工作中,都占据着极其重要的地位。在新的形势下,一个成功的学生管理工作者,首先是一个更看重非权力因素的管理主体,为此,笔者在分析两种因素在警务化管理过程中不同作用的基础上,着重阐述了非权力因素的内涵、非权力因素和警务化管理的内在关系以及非权力因素对学生的深远影响,并指出在发挥非权力因素的作用时要注意的几个问题。

Study of non-power factors and the policing management of public security institutions

Power factors and non -power factors hold an extremely important position in policing management of police college.Under the new circumstances,a successful student management staff,first of all,is a management subject who attaches more importance to non—power factors. On the base of analyzing the different roles of two factors in the process of policing management,the author mainly expounds the connotation of non—power factors,the inherent relationship between non-power factors and policing management,as well as the far -reaching impact on students of non-power factors;and points out several points that we must pay attention to when applying non-power factors.
