| 摘 要： | 自1950年春开始,西北地区普遍进行了土地改革和对个体农业的社会主义改造,这是西北农民的第一次解放;十一届三中全会后,拨乱反正,从而揭开了西北农民第二次解放的新篇章。两次解放有惊人的相似之处。最大的不同在于前者是以阶级斗争为纲的产物,而后者则是以经济建设为中心的结晶。当代西北农民两次解放的历史进程从正反两方面证明:生产关系的改变必须适应生产力的发展水平和需要,这是西北农民解放的客观经济规律之一。

| Abstract: | From 1950 springs, northwest area has carried out land reform and the socialist transform for the agriculture of individual generally, this is the first liberation of northwest peasant; In 11 class 3s after plenary, bring order out of chaos , have so revealed the new chapter of 2th northwest peasant liberation. Two liberations have astonishing similar place. Biggest difference lies in that the former is so as class struggle is the outcome of key link, then is the crystallization with economic construction as center. The historical process of present northwest peasant two liberations is from pros and cons both prooves: The change of production relation must meet needs and the development level of productivity, this is the one of objective economic law of northwest peasant liberation. |
