| 摘 要： | 罪犯行政奖励(如表扬、记功、授予“改造积极分子”称号等)与刑事奖励(减刑、假释)相互之间不衔接是困扰监狱工作的一个突出问题。分析行政奖励与刑事奖励之间的关系、探讨相互衔接的必要性,从行政奖励与刑事奖励的衔接方面提出建议。

| Abstract: | Administrative rewards(such as praise,recognition, being awarded the title of"reform activists") and the criminal rewards (remission,parole) have not been combined,which is a prominent issue disturbing prison work.To make clear the relationship between administrative rewards and the criminal rewards,study the necessary factors of combination,and make recommendations on the issues is the main content of this paper. |
