党在社会转型时期加强社会管理创新的思考

新中国成立前夕,毛泽东把中国共产党人执掌政权比作＂进京赶考＂60年来,中国共产党赶考不止并交了一份高分答卷。60年后超越日本成为世界第二大经济体的中国,经过30多年的高速增长后,已步入现代化转型的深水区,面临持续发展的困局,经济快速发展带来的因素与各种国內外不和谐因素相互作用,集中释放于社会层面,令现有的社会管理不堪重负。十二五时期乃至更长的时间内,中国如何加快社会改革,及时化解社会矛盾,有效应对社会风险,无疑已成为中国共产党建党90周年、执政60余年后的新考题,如何加强社会建设与管理将考验中国共产党的新智慧。
