| Abstract: | The author regards the essence of the problems in ecological compensation as the sta ting point, tries to definite the extension of ecological compensation and clarify the range of ecologi- cal compensation in the following three aspects： realization the value of ecological service with non market-orientation use ; internalization the externality activities of eco-environmental protection; and redistributing jural relations of eco-environmental Stakeholder. |
