首都农村卫生室民事主体类型研究

在我国，民事主体通常包括自然人、法人和非法人组织，国家只有在特殊情况下才可成为民事主体。囿于首都农村卫生室自身的诸多特性，目前很难将其纳入到上述四种类型，而这一重要问题却长期受到卫生法学界的忽视，迄今仍是亟待研究的领域，因为只有将其具体的民事主体类型厘定之后，方可清晰地把握民事责任的承担主体和承担范围。

Study on the types of civil subject of rural clinics in Beijing

In our country, civil subject usually includes natural person, legal person and other organizations （exclude legal person）. Only in special circumstances, state can also becomes a civil subject. Because of many char acteristics of rural clinics in the Capital areas it is clifficult to incorporate it into the above four types. This important issue has been ignored by jurists of health law many years, and it still in a urgent field to research. Only by clarif ying the specific types of civil subject, can we clearly grasp the body of responsibility and range of responsibility.
