高职高专法学教育课程模块、梯次设计研究

摘    要:高职高专法学教育是一种新兴教育模式,立足既定培养目标,对传统课程设计进行反思和重构。“以人为本”,发散思维,根据学生、教师、社会三方立体三维规划,系统整合教学单元,优化结构,搭建滚动播出式的组合模块,辅之以个性化培养模块,强化综合训练模块,渗透评价、考核、考察模块,预设升级模块,运行中,形成梯次,结合学分制、弹性学制,共同构建具有中国特色的应用型人才培养平台。

A Research into the Echelon Design of Curriculum Module for Legal Education in Tertiary Vocational Education

Abstract:Tertiary Vocational Education is a new kind of education model. This article is based upon the realistic target, aiming to reconsider and reconstruct the traditional curriculum design. It takes human nature as the foundation and diverges thinking. It integrates systematically the teaching units, function and structure according to the three - dimension rule among the three involved parties: students, teachers and the society. It builds mobile combination module, makes individualized training module as subsidiary, strengthens comprehensive training module, sets up the corresponding module for evaluation, examination and investigation, performs promotion module, thus forming an echelon after carried out. Combined with the credit system and the elastic length of schooling, it can build up a platform to train applicable qualified persons.
