| 摘 要： | 分析社会工作者队伍与社会需求存在的差距,提出社会工作者队伍的建设需战略性思考、整体化建设.要有建立、健全社会工作专业大学、中专与其他社会工作培训机构的意识.教育机构的设立,必须是多层次、多色彩的,明确对象,各司其责,并逐步纳入国民教育体系.
