| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是发展中国特色社会主义的重要战略思想,辽宁在贯彻落实科学发展观的过程中结合历史和现实状况。以唯物史观基本原理为指导,形成了具有辽宁特色的科学发展之路,根据人的历史主体地位原理,以民生为突破口,深入贯彻以人为本理念;运用生产力和生产关系的基本原理,保增长促发展,实现辽宁全面振兴发展;运用矛盾普遍联系的基本原理,解难题促和谐,实现辽宁协调发展;运用人与自然辩证统一的原理,环保攻坚惠民,实现辽宁可持续发展;运用唯物主义系统方法论,坚持统筹兼顾。
