| Abstract: | The party＇s 17 clearly the Fourth Plenary Session, we should build a learning Marxist political party as a major and urgent task at present. Political parties in the construction of learning are inseparable from the role of political parties behind the real culture. What is ＂political culture＂, the value of political culture, building a learning culture to promote political party building. |
