| 摘 要： | 本文以言论自由的视角，通过对美国电影管理制度的历史考察，结合我国现行电影管理法律法规、相关政策以及我国电影审查制度存在的问题，试图在宪法学层面上阐明构建中国特色电影分级制度的必要性和重要性，并提出建设性意见，以期对促进我国电影业法治化有所借鉴。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of freedom of speech, this paper firstly makes a historical research into the system of American movie examination, and then attempts to explain the great importance of constructing movie gradation with Chinese characteristics at the constitutional level, according to China＇s current laws and regulations of movie examination, related policies and problems in the system of Chinese movie examination. At last, it puts forward constructive suggestions, in the hope of bringing some ideas for the legal construction of China＇s movie industry. |
