| Abstract: | The principle of "no punishment for doubted crime"has been adoped after the revision of "Criminal Procedure Law" in 1996, which embodies the spirit of "presumption of inno-cence"and has significance in many respects: 1. It makes the staff of judical organs bear the responsibility of offering accurate testimony. 2. It has denied the "presumption of guilty"in reality. 3. It will be helpful to handle the existing doubtful crimes. |
