| 摘 要： | 《行政复议法》颁布10周年以来，公安行政复议工作取得了可喜的成效，但也发生了一些问题。在肯定成绩的同时，更应总结经验、教训，并进行有针对的整改，以促进公安行政复议制度长期健康地开展。为此，一要总结10年来公安行政复议工作的基本情况，二要找出问题，三要探求改进措施，完善公安行政复议制度，以实现行政法治。
