| Abstract: | Since the reform and opening-up, on the one hand, we have made remarkable achievements.On the other hand, the interests of some staff and workers are hurt in the market competition and their enthusiasm is influenced. It is very unfavorable to realize new tasks of the new stage of socialism. It is very important and urgent to find out solutions to this problem. |
