| 摘 要： | 唐代武德律令是中国古代重要法律之一,作为唐代第一部成文法律,其修订是一个动态过程,诸多参与者的不同职官身份体现了法律的礼法合一的性质,且影响较为深远,武德律令是贞观时期新律令颁布前的主要法制规定,为唐代的制度形成奠定了坚实的基础。

| Abstract: | The Wude law is an important law in the ancient Chinese society,which is the first formative law book and is written in a changing process.Many officials who attending making law,have different background and office,so this shows the character of law and proprieties are combined each other.The law has a deep influence,is also the main law before the new law in Zhenguan time,which builds the hard base for the system foundation of the Tang dynasty. |
