| Abstract: | In her ruling of 25 March 2005, the president of the BrusselsDistrict Court issued a cross-border interim injunction againsttwo companies, one Brazilian and the other South Korean, whichhad infringed the patent rights of the German pharmaceuticalcompany Altana Pharma at an international fair held in Brussels. |
