| 摘 要： | 两型社会和传统生态伦理观存在契合之处:当代人的和谐与古人的天人合一殊途同归;当代人的资源节约型社会与古人的寡欲节用相得益彰。在构建两型社会的过程中,我们应当充分从古人的生态伦理中汲取营养:两型社会的法律应当是尊重自然、顺应天道的法律;和传统社会的权利本位相左,两型社会法律强调的是不得超越环境极限的义务;在个体生活方式上,两型社会反对穷奢极欲,倡导物尽其用的绿色低碳生活。只有正确对待人天的关系,善待自然、尊重生命,才能实现两型社会的最终目标——人天和谐。
