井冈山斗争时期党的基层民主建设探析

在井冈山斗争时期，我们党非常注重基层民主建设，尤其是在加强基层民主监督方面作了艰辛的探索：建立士兵委员会，广泛实行军内基层民主；由代表大会选举产生各级工农兵政府，推行广泛的基层政治民主；由士兵民主管理伙食、监督经济开支，广泛实行基层经济民主；实行民主集中制，发展党内民主；加强法制建设，用法律保障人民的各项民主权利。井冈山斗争时期我党基层民主建设的经验，对于我们今天发展社会主义基层民主政治，保障广大群众的民主权利，加强民主监督，依然具有重大的启示意义。

An Analysis of the Grass-root Democracy Construction of the CPC during the Period of Struggle in Jinggangshan
