| 摘 要： | 近年来,许多惊奇的眼光突然间降临到缅甸身上:缅甸会不会是东南亚另一只经济小虎?资源丰富的缅甸如今对外国企业非常友善.人权组织可能会刁难那些同一个不合心意的军人政权进行交易的外国人,但企业家们却担心错过正在迅速成长的商机.西方国家认为,缅甸孤芳自赏的经济繁荣实际上是短命的;不喜欢军人政权的反对者坚持认为,缅甸的经济成功是假象;国际货币基金的报告称:缅甸只有军费不断增长,外国投资并没有增加.但实际情况如何,我们只能继续观察.
