我国煤炭资源安全法制存在的问题及完善

煤炭资源安全已成为各国资源安全的重要内容.煤炭资源安全不仅包括煤炭资源生产的安全,还包括煤炭资源供给的安全、煤炭资源环境安全.应当从煤炭资源安全角度出发,以法制为主线,针对我国煤炭资源安全法制存在的问题,进一步寻求完善对策,在煤炭资源能被人类开发利用的限度内,合理利用减少浪费,保持生态环境减少污染.
