| 摘 要： | 自然人流动壁垒是国际服务贸易壁垒之一,其产生有着特定的成因与背景。各国在自然人流动所必经的各阶段对其层层设卡,从而形成了四大类型的自然人流动壁垒。本文指出了消除自然人流动壁垒应采取的一些措施。

In connection with the necessary processes of movement of natural persons,many countries set up four principal barriers. In order to remove these barriers, we should find countermeasures. |
