| Abstract: | The main human rights thoughts of European Union is the American-European Orientable Doctrine. The similarities and differences of the Chinese and European Union's viewpoints mainly display in the universality and the particularity of human rights, the connotation of human rights, the understandings of democracy, the relation between sovereignty and human rights, etc.. The most important common understandings on human rights between China and European Union are that both sides shall keep the dialogue. |
