论后现代教育理论与法科学生创新目标的耦合

摘    要:法科学生在法治国语境下竟然不能适应社会、甚至大量学生不能就业,不能不令人汗颜。传统的法学教育模式在知识化、国际化、网络化以及权利话语时代显得落伍和被动,而只有后现代教育理论才能承载起创新、发展与和谐的历史使命,因此,它与法科学生创新能力培养的要求具有一定的耦合性。为了克服不断发展的社会与普适性的标准化教学冲突、理论与实践脱节以及人文精神缺乏等弊病,我们可以通过多元的"视角主义"、强化实践性教学、培养人文精神和社会责任感等途径推动推动法学教育的创新。

Abstract:Students of law science can not accustom themselves to the society and even great deal of students cannot get employed under the background of ruling by law,which makes us feel ashamed.Traditional educational models of law science have become outdated in the intellectualization,internationalization,networking and power language era.Only the postmodern education theory can bear the historic task of innovation,development and harmony.Therefore,it's of certain coupling with the request of training the innovative ability for the students of law science.In order to overcome such disadvantages as the conflicts between the increasingly developing society and standard teaching,disjointed theory and practice,as well as lacking of humanistic spirit,we can innovate the law education through such channels as multiple "doctrine of visual angle",strengthening practical teaching,as well as cultivating humanistic spirit and social responsibility.
