| Abstract: | In the past ten months in 2013, a number of cases to which both the domestic and overseas media paid high attention have moved into the trial stage or sentencing stage. From the open trial of the case of Bo Xilai, former member of the CPC Central Committee Political Bureau and former Secretary of Chongqin Municipal Party Committee, to ＂Brother Watch＂ and ＂House Sister＂ being convicted and put into prison, and to the cases concerning the Beijing Daxing hurling a girl to death, Capital Airport bombing on July 20, and the criminal trial involving minor Li, the trial of all these cases are open to the public in the spotlight of high attention of the media. |
