| 摘 要： | 据调查,目标考核在县级公安机关普遍受到欢迎,但目前这一制度的推行,在目标制定、考核实施和考核结果的运用等方面还存在不少的问题。为此,应通过优化目标设置、严格考核和加强考后调整等措施加以解决。

| Abstract: | According to investigation,the target check was warmly received in public security of country scale. But in current,carrying out this system,it was exsited in some problems. So we muet select the target installing,strict with the check,enhance the regulation after checked. |
