台湾通讯监察制度及其借鉴意义

我国台湾地区的通讯监察制度经2007年修改后进一步得到完善,主要表现在以下方面:有权参与通讯监察的机关分为申请机关、核准机关和执行机关;为防止通讯监察的滥用从多个方面对该措施进行限制;明确规定了通讯监控的协助机构及其义务.在监控范围、立法模式、法律控制体系的构建、监察协助等方面,对我国大陆通信监控制度的构建具有重要的借鉴意义.
