摘要：	按照党的十七届三中全会精神,大连市旅顺口区水师营街道以"打造现代新城区,构建和谐水师营"为主题,确立以城市化建设为主线,构建高标准商贸住宅区、现代服务区、新型工业区和旅游文化区的发展战略,在城乡规划、产业布局、基础设施建设、公共服务一体化等方面不断取得突破,促进公共资源在城乡之间均衡配置,生产要素在城乡之间自由流动,推动水师营地区的和谐发展.
