| 摘 要： | 中国共产党章程具有最高的权威性和最大的约束力,这是由党章的制定程序、在党的建设和事业中的地位及在长期实践中的巨大作用决定的。强化党员的党章意识,坚持从严治党,无论是对增强党的执政能力、巩固党的执政地位,还是对推进中国特色社会主义伟大事业,都具有极其重大的现实意义。
