工会组织在青年就业及就业安全中的作用研究

青年是就业市场的生力军,其就业状况直接影响经济发展和社会稳定。目前青年就业形势严峻。中国工会在国家政治经济中的地位决定了其在青年就业及就业安全的作用不可或缺,诸如:参与制定青年就业政策、提供青年就业信息、培训青年就业技能、维护青年就业安全、帮扶困难青年就业和大力支持青年创业。推动国家和社会资源的有效整合、完善工会组织构建的多层次青年就业服务体系、拓展工会服务青年就业的服务内容等,以更好地鼓励和扶持青年实现创业创新。

On the Role of Trade Unions in Youth Employment and Employment Security

Young men are the new force in the labor market. Today youth employment situation in China is very severe. The political status of Chinese trade unions in the country determines their indispensable role in youth employment and employment security. The main roles are including: to develop youth employment policies, to train youth employment skills, to maintain youth employment security, to help the poor youth employment and to strongly sup-port the youth for entrepreneurship etc. In order to serve the youth employment better in the future, there some important ways such as to improve the multi-level youth employment service system, to highlight the characteristics in serving the youth employment and strongly support for the youth entrepreneurship, all these are the ways strengthened by the trade unions in serving youth employment.
