关于垄断效率 ,理论界一直没有形成认识。之所以不能达成统一是因为争论各方片面地使用了关于“效率”的判断标准。我们应从不同的角度全面地考察市场行为的效率 ,并提出几组有关效率的概念。根据这些效率概念 ,对垄断的效率重新进行评价 ,提出有效垄断是有效率的 ,是当前垄断发展的趋势

Reconsideration about the Efficiency of Monopoly

There is still not an identical view about the efficiency of monopoly in the economics circles. The reason that it can not form an identical view lies that two sides of this debate come to a conclusion respectively according to one-sided evaluating standard. We should investigate the efficiency about the market behaviors including all kinds of monopoly from various angles, and put forward several new conceptions concerned with efficiency here. On the basis of these conceptions, we can recognize the efficiency of monopoly again, and then come to a conclusion that efficient monopoly is more efficient than other market behaviors, so it is the trend of monopoly.
