| Abstract: | Teachers' files are real records about teachers' moral character, teaching work, and their scientific research, which are different from general personal files. They include six parts of teachers' information: the whole life, the teaching work, the scientific research, the advanced studies, the activities and the appreciation. In order to do a better job, one should strengthen his sense about file. Set up a complete rule of management, heighten ones own quality, improve the modern management about the files and use as well as develop the information of teachers' files. |
