论金融危机背景下的和谐消费

刺激国内居民消费、扩大内需是拉动中国经济增长的重要因素，是应对金融危机的必然选择。实行积极的消费政策要站在可持续发展的高度，既立足现实，又着眼未来，将经济发展的近期目标与经济增长的长期稳定以及构建和谐社会有机地协调起来，不能单纯以刺激消费为目标，必须从消费观念、消费环境、消费结构、消费能力等方面统筹考虑，注重促进和谐消费，从而实现我国经济社会的可持续发展。

A Harmonious Consumption in the Context of Financial Crisis

To stimulate domestic consumption, expanding domestic demand is an important factor for China＇s economic growth in the financial crisis. A proactive consumption policy should organically coordinate the short--term economic development objectives and long--term, stable economic growth to build a harmonious society. We should not simply aim to boost consumer spending, it is necessary to promote the concept of consumption, the consumption environment, the consumption structure, and the spending power of co--ordination and consideration. We must focus on the promotion of a harmonious consumption to achieve Chinas sustainable economic and social development.
