摘    要:文章通过分析文化与语言的关系以及语言工具论对外语教学所造成的负面影响,提出应以文化语言观来指导外语教学工作的论点,并在此基础上,阐明了外语文化教学所应遵循的原则和应采取的方法.

Abstract:By analyzing the relationship between culture and language and the negative effects of the Instrument Theory upon foreign language teaching, the article puts forward that foreign language teaching should be guided by the Cultural inguistic Approach. On the basis of this, it also suggests the principles and approaches that should be followed in foreign language teaching.
