公安院校诊所法律教育模式研究

普通的诊所教育模式并不能满足公安院校法学教育的要求,不能完全将普通的诊所法律教育模式移植到公安法学教育中,应当寻找适应公安法学教育的诊所教育模式。公安诊所法律教育的局限在于无法通过设立诊所本身同时实现教师和学生在实际案件处理中角色的真实性,将现有的学生实习制度和诊所法律教育进行整合,把两者结合起来,将成为公安法学教育有效和可行的一种模式。

The research of Clinical Model of Law Education in Public security Academy

The common mode of clinical education can not meet the requirements of the Law Education in public security Academy,so we can not transplant the general pattern into the Law Education in Public security Academy,we should look for suitable Clinical Model of Law Education.But the limitation of this model is that Clinical Law Education of the public security cannot help to realize the authentic role of both teachers and students in the actual cases through the establishment of clinic itself,it will become an effective and feasible model of Public Security Law education to integrate and combine the existing system of student's practice and Clinical Law Education.
