特色小镇:信息经济时代青年人才就业新空间

特色小镇作为杭州都市圈信息经济空间集聚的一种新型载体,已然成为新常态下杭州都市圈经济转型升级发展的新引擎。特色小镇通过集聚高端要素提升信息产业的创新能力,通过集聚技术人才提升信息企业的竞争力,通过产业链、创新链、服务链有机融合优化信息经济生态环境。随着杭州都市圈产业转型升级步伐的加快,特色小镇对青年人才、创新人才、领军人才的需求与日俱增。笔者通过对杭州都市圈的多个特色小镇进行走访,并对小镇青年就业群体进行深入访谈,分析信息经济时代青年人才就业空间和就业理念的新变化,据此提出如何打造适合青年人才发展的特色小镇创新集聚新空间。

Distinctive Towns:New Employment Space for Young Talents in the Information Economy Era

As a new carrier of spatial gathering of information economy in Hangzhou metropolitan area,distinctive towns have become a new engine of economic transformation,upgrading and development in Hangzhou metropolitan area under the new normal conditions.Through gathering high-end elements,distinctive towns can enhance the innovation ability of information industry,enhance the competitiveness of information enterprises by gathering technical talents,and optimize the information economy ecological environment through the organic integration of industry chain,innovation chain and service chain.With the acceleration of industrial transformation and upgrading in Hangzhou metropolitan area,the demand for young talents,innovative talents and leading talents is increasing day by day.This paper visits several distinctive towns in Hangzhou metropolitan area,and through interviews with youth employment groups in small towns,analyses the new changes of employment space and employment concept of young talents in the information economy era,and accordingly puts forward how to create a new space for innovative gathering of distinctive towns.
