| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping is a great founder, wise creator and hard pusher of Chinese legal construction. His economic legal thought is a key content in the legal construction. Helping develop the productivity, insisting socialist market economy, common prosperity, many kinds of economic sectors coexisting is the core of Deng Xiaoping's economic legal thought. The content of Deng Xiaoping's economic legal thought includes: his legal thought of economic democracy and his legislative thought of economy. |
