| 摘 要： | 杀人案件对社会治安秩序和人民生命安全危害极大，而无名尸体案件更增加了案件的恶性程度和侦破难度。从谭光文、谭光太故意杀人案件分析，犯罪嫌疑人故意掩盖被害人身份是形成无名尸体的主要原因；无名尸体案件既有一般杀人案件的共性，又有自身的特点；从查明死者身份入手，再根据案件的因果关系发现犯罪嫌疑人是侦破此类案件的基本方法。

| Abstract: | Murder cases do severe harm to the security,order of the society and to the safety of people's lives.Ca- ses with nameless deadbodies increase the seriousness of the cases and make it more difficult to solve the cases,so such cases have their own characteristics.The basic approach to solving such cases is to firstly identify the killed per- son's identification,and then detect the suspected criminal(s) according to the cause-effect relationship. |
