| Abstract: | Developing China's western regions is a grand strategic programme and decision made by the third generation of the CPC's leading collective to speed up the economic and social development in the underdeveloped regions,shorten the gap between rich and underdeveloped areas, and to achieve common prosperity and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. This is also a cross-century development strategy and systematic project for China's reform and opening up and socialist modernization drive. |
