| Abstract: | The small town is the economic, political and cultural centre of certain rural area, which links urban and rural areas and functions as a supporting point. Accelerating thedevelopment of small towns serves as a major carrier and solution to promoting urban andrural integration, gradually eliminating dual economic structure in urban and rural areas, and quickening the process of urbanization so as to make a breakthrough in county economy. |
