| Abstract: | A city is the centralized reflection of human achievements in production, life and civilization, and stands for the civilization and development of human society. It is an integrated complex combining its centralized population with its important position in national economy,and it is alsoa regional centre of politics,economy,culture,education,science and technology. Therefore, building a modernized ecological city of sustainable growth is a long - term goal for mankind to achieve. |
