| Abstract: | The large - scale development of China's western regions is a strategic decision made by the Central Committee of the Party,which aims at the overall situation of the country's modernization drive. Yanbian's participation in the grand western development marks the turning of its poverty and backwardness shake -off process. Ensuring a legal environment for investment is crucial to the development of Yanbian's economy and the implementation of preferential policies towards western development. |
