| 摘 要： | 文艺复兴后,西方思想界出现笛卡尔主体哲学,“我思故我在”,强调自我为中心,康德继承了笛卡尔的思路提出了主体性原则,黑格尔认为不赞同这些观点,提出了主体间性。马克思认为黑格尔解决的是天国问题,对于现实问题解决不了。于是他对黑格尔的法哲学进行了批判。

| Abstract: | After the Renaissance,the West circle appears the Cartesian main philosophy,I think therefore I am,emphasis on self-centered,Kant inherited it and put forward the subjectivity principle,but Hegel didn't agree with these argument and proposed inter-subjectivity.Marx believed that Hegel solved the kingdom of heaven's problem,but didn't suit for the practical questionl.So He wrote Criticize of Hegel's Philosophy of Law. |
