| 摘 要： | 侵权行为的含义是研究侵权行为法其他问题的基础,它直接关系到侵权行为的构成、侵权行为归责原则等一系列问题的界定。但是目前在我国法学界对于什么是侵权行为,看法尚未完全统一,因此,应加大对该理论的进一步探讨。
