| 摘 要： | 计划体制下，单位是执政的中国共产党社会整合的重要组织载体。随着改革开放和市场经济体制的建立，个人一单位一国家模式下的单位制整合开始受到冲击。因此，党必须探索适应新情况下社会整合的机制和载体。
