| 摘 要： | 受不同诉讼理念和价值观念的影响 ,英美法系和大陆法系的侦查模式表现出明显的差异性。二战以后 ,随着国际人权保护运动的不断发展 ,两大法系相互吸收 ,在侦查模式方面又表现出许多共同的特点与趋势。了解两大法系侦查模式的差异性、共同特点与趋势 ,是重构和完善我国刑事侦查模式的必要步骤

| Abstract: | There are obvious differences in the criminal investigative mode between western countries and China under the influence of different lawsuit ideas and value outlook. After the Second World War, with the constantly development of human right campaign, the two different law systems are gradually sharing many common characteristics and tendency. Knowing the differences and commons will help us reconstruct and perfect our criminal investigative mode. |
