| Abstract: | Standard-Setting Orgnizations(SSOs) are private groups that collaboratively select and adopt uniform technical standards for goods and services.Now,there are many companies claim to own proprietary rights to a standard,so,the author's aim in this article is to analyze the SSOs' policy on the IPR,and gives some advice to the SSOs. |
